DAVID FRANCES Mr Frances has over 15 years experience in multi commodity exploration, project evaluation, project finance, development, and mining in Australia, China, North America, Canada Africa, and New Zealand. He brings to the Company considerable and diverse experience in management and strategic planning for projects from discovery to production. |

JONATHAN ASQUITH Mr Asquith is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years corporate experience with major international accounting firms and commercial enterprises. He has held senior executive positions with a number of public and listed Australian companies. Mr Asquith recently completed a Masters of Business Administration at the University of Western Australia and brings to the Company considerable experience in managing and strategic planning of developing businesses. |

JULIUS LLOYD Mr. Lloyd is a graduate of Stellenbosch University and has 22 years working experience of the African continent and its diverse cultures. He has vast knowledge of management, logistics, and security gained from his military, business, and private security backgrounds where he held various command and managerial positions. He has operated and managed successful businesses in several African countries, and brings a wealth of operational and managerial skills to the company. |

GLENN ZAMUDIO Mr Zamudio is a Chemical Engineer with an MBA and CFA. He has 5 years process and project engineering experience from feasibility through to commissioning. Mr Zamudio has 10 years merchant banking experience initially as a quantitative analyst and then in the investment banking division of a South African bank. He has managed private businesses for four years in Australia before joining Mawson West. Mr Zamudio brings to the Company a diverse set of skills with African and local exposure which complements the Board. |

ANTHONY LLOYD Mr Lloyd, based in Toronto, Ontario, has been actively engaged for over 30 years in corporate finance. Mr Lloyd has a B.Sc. (Honours) degree in Mining Engineering from the Royal School of Mines, London, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University, New York. Previous positions include Capital Canada Limited a Toronto-based investment banking firm as a senior partner, and until 2005 Managing Partner of Private Capital Markets Corp. Mr Lloyd currently runs his own corporate advisory and investment business, Rivenhall Capital Limited. Mr Lloyd's appointment is part of broadening the skills and experience of the board, and commencement of the next stage of growth towards a potential dual Toronto Stock Exchange listing in 2008 following resource and feasibility studies, and subject to the TSX regulatory requirements. |
